Everest allows customization of Browser or Form. Though it's a great feature sometimes it can cause the browser to be slow to respond. This is due to corruption of the data file that stores the customization settings. The setting is saved to the database for later retrieval. The only way to fix this problem is to "Reset to Factory Setting"
